Faith Family Medical Clinic (326 21st Ave. North, Nashville, TN 37203) is a non-profit primary care medical facility serving uninsured working people and their families in the Middle Tennessee area. They are offering all NSAI members a special discount. All you need is your NSAI membership card and $20.

You must make a new patient appointment before you can receive any specialized patient services. (To make a new patient appointment call 615-341-0808). To be eligible for the benefit you must be:

1. Uninsured
2. Living in the Middle Tennessee area
3. Work a minimum of 20 hrs a week and/or a full time college student
4. An NSAI member.

Faith Family Medical Clinic has provided a resource of similar clinics* that operate on the same principle.

*These facilities use a sliding scale but the Nashville Faith Family Medical Clinic is the only facility that offers a set $20 visit.

Americana Music Festival and Conference – September 18 – 22, 2013

Each year, the Americana Music Festival & Conference brings together legendary artists, the next generation of rising stars and industry professionals for four days of music and education.
