Make sure you are not already logged-in: When you are logged-in your user name will appear on the top left, after “Welcome.” The top key in the side bar will also change from “Login” to "Logout.” If you are logged-in, then you should be able to access the member only pages, for example, "ONLINE EDUCATION" and "SONG EVALUATION" on the sidebar.

Do you really have the correct user name and password? Your login is everything in your email address (the one you gave NSAI) up until the "@" symbol.  For example if your email address is "radsongwriter@website.com" your user name would be "radsongwriter".  This user name goes in the first field (left).  Then your password goes in the second field (right).  If you do not remember your password click here and follow the directions.  You will be promted to enter your email address.  After entering your email address the system will send you an email with a link to set your password.   Follow the directions within the email.  If you are having problems with the link inside the email, try clicking on the link only once (no double clicking).

Refreshing the browser window or quitting and reopening the window has helped users who have a couple of failed attempts.  

Delete Cookies: If you are still running into problems after trying the procedures above, you should try and delete your cookies, especially if you have been an NSAI member for a long time.  If you do not know how to delete your cookies, click here for help.
